Sunday, May 28, 2006 - Not quite as enjoyable on my palate as the VC demi sec, but still a nice champagne.

Good straw to yellow color, pleasant aromas, fruit forward with a tough of tartness, pleasant clean finish. Definitely mouth watering. Bubbles were not as fine as I thought they would be for a 10 year old wine, but no real complaints here. One more half-bottle in the cellar.
