Sunday, February 15, 2015 - well mature in bottle, sweet yeasty, baked apple, caramel aroma. Aroma getting stronger after a while. Still feeling fresh thank to very good acidity of this vintage. Round body and mineral. Taste of everything: acidity, sweet, spicy and bitter. Long mouth-watering finish. For a non-prestige cuvee this is very impressive.
