Friday, November 27, 2015 - Brief note. This seems mature to me, with that fresh bread note on the nose and butterscotch on the palate. despite the signs of oxidation the acid supports it and keeps it interesting. it is quite nice right now, but if I had some I would consider drinking it. would be a pity to let these get too old I think.
