Had the NV Veuve last weekend (which is fine, but not one of my favorite NV champagnes), and this managed to be both more delicate (floral, citrusy) and more powerful (great with food, long, long , long finish). Yeasty, but not overly so...wish I had another bottle, as this could still get even better.
