Tuesday, April 14, 2015 - Two grumpy old men become little less grumpy in Tokyo (Antichi Sapori, Hiroo (Tokyo)): A superb wine with just a touch of sweetness to marry the cheese plate and some of the fish dishes.

Light yellow colour.
Nose: Aromas of Riesling fruit, some kerosene and that mellow sense of maturity.
Palate: Incredibly mellowed and has come together perfectly. At its career height! Very fine acids, perfectly balancing the fruit and slight sweetness. The impression of this wine is like a very light caress. Fabulous!
