Thursday, May 12, 2016 - Very deep dark crimson color. Terrific nose with essence of dried figs, coffee, black pepper, mint, pencil lead and loam. Flavorful layers of mint, cassis, dried figs, cinnamon, toast and cherries. Wonderful wine that has improved with cellaring.
