Monday, January 9, 2017 - Relatively light, crystal clear with a hint of garnet at the rim. Absolutely zero sediment at 7 years.

Incredibly easy to drink, light sappy raspberry flavors. Just barely enough acidity to keep this in balance and very pleasant to drink. That said, there is otherwise almost nothing memorable about this and I see no reason to hold it as I'm afraid it will just fade away. Absolutely the lightest NSG 1er I've ever had.
