Saturday, May 2, 2015 - Decanted for 2 1/2 hours and it was just beginning to tease with what it has to offer. Give it 5 or 6 hours if you can. Tannic to start but largely resolved by hour 3. A wine that will not require explanation for the non-winos who are lucky enough to share it with you (frequently a consideration for me). They'll love it, they just won't deconstruct it to tell you why.
