Sunday, October 15, 2023 - Drinking beautifully--lots of dark cherry notes, with leather notes and a cedar quality that came out with some of the food. Big surprise here was a distinct chocolate note that came out, along with some other less surprising slight herbal hints. Really pleasant tannins that hold but weren't overly tense or drying by this point. Really surprisingly good bottle and drinking pretty near perfectly now
