Saturday, June 25, 2011 - Nat cork. A dull red with a darker core but lighter edges. Nose of cheery, earth, barn, a hint of cola or dr pepper and a tad of something medicinal. Medium bodied, a tad tart, still a bit prickly with tannin, starts off silky but then the alcohol revs up the octane. Long, lingering finish. Youthful. From a value/qpr perspective not feeling it.
