Wednesday, May 1, 2013 - This is my first bottle since my last review. I sat the bottle upright for a few hours before drinking and decanted through a gold coffee filter. the wine was loaded with the "gray "sediment but it had pretty much settled at the bottom of the bottle.
As for the wine, it was nothing short of excellent. My wife the "super taster" drank the wine before I showed her the sediment and thought the wine was excellent in every way. So, the long and short.. The wine is great, decant before you take to the restaurant for dinner or don't take it to the restaurant and enjoy it at home. Its a fantastic smooth soft brunello. enjoy!!
