Wednesday, May 17, 2017 - Very good. 13.5% alc. Nice sharp textural wine that suited sardines. Fermented in French oak barrels, where kept for 6 months
Colour: bright clear light gold
Bouquet: pineapple fruit, citrus
Palate: pineapple, chalky texture, fruity but sharp and dry long finish. Good acid and balance. Quite full bodied and rich Viognier character, and full bodied, but very clean. .
