Saturday, June 20, 2015 - Pure...that's what came to mind while I drank this. Mid-weight, medium finish. Very well made. Bit of glycerin texture and hints of faint honey and apricot, very faint butterscotch in the finish. Didn't notice any oak or tannins. At one point as the temperature must've hit "perfect", I wished I had an eye dropper to drink with as it compelled me to sip very small amounts and just savor and contemplate it's goodness. One of the best Chard's I've ever had.
