Sunday, April 30, 2023 - Stood up for three days. Two hour decant. A medium ruby core fading to a pale garnet outer edge. Damp hedgerow, liquorice, a touch of black cherry, and what can only be described as a stale, muddy puddle of water. With time aromas of tar started to develope. Exclusively savoury on the palate with aged balsamic and pine needles.
