Monday, December 25, 2017 - Mushroom, earth, Forest, with hints of tarragon, oregano, rosemary- beautiful fruit characteristics, velvety mouth feel, delicious wine. This is all at least two hours after opening. Before opening up, acidic, a little bit tight, lacking in flavor. Give this one and hour or more, and it is tremendous. The remaining three in my Cellar are going to stay there for a while.
