Saturday, December 19, 2015 - I found this bottle to contain more pure force, a bundle of rose energy. A small burst of strawberry fruit, impressive intensity and balance. Bundled with herbs and minerality, a fast-sipping starter wine for our evening. Served closer to room temp. Drinking exceptionally well at the moment.
