Thursday, April 14, 2016 - Interesting wine. Light golden yellow. Curious nose of earth, vegetation and kalamata olives. Lest this turn off readers and white Rhône lovers, the nose and flavors match the wine's profile of 60% roussanne, 30% grenache blanc, and 10% marsanne. Would go well with roasted or barbecued fowl with Mediterranean herb seasonings. Better the 2nd day.
