2013 Domaine d'Ardhuy Bourgogne

Community Tasting Note

Likes this wine:

Wednesday, August 24, 2016 - Needs an hour of aeration. After that, the nose is full of sweet and ripe red berries, grapefruit? prunes? spices? and a bit of beef.
Attack is quite acidic, then slightly sweet, a feel of steel on the tip of the tongue. A slight forrest-floor-like stinkiness. Mid-palate shows firm tannins.
Medium-length finish shows more acidity, grapefruit and prune.

My impression is, it is quite closed still. And judging from the acidity, it will hold for another few years. I don't have the experience to predict how many.
