Thursday, November 15, 2018 - This is tasty though young; dark ruby in color with a nose that is initially tight, but opens to reveal lots of red and black berry fruits that are ripe, but have a fresh note to them; in the background are hints of iris, spice, and crushed stone. The palate is also pretty tight with structure that I've seen in several 2013s, the fruit seems to be shutting down a bit right now and I think this will be better in 2-3 years as it opens back up. It is certainly still good now, but needs food for certain. Has very good potential
