Monday, February 19, 2024 - Double decanted. Medium body. This was open and giving from the start and stayed consistent over 3-4 hours. Lots going on here - red and dark fruits, coffee and just a hint of an earthy note in the background. No rush here, but any structure is fully integrated/resolved and no regrets drinking this now.
