Thursday, January 6, 2022 - Nose opens up after about 30 minutes with bright red florals, a hint of mineral, eucalyptus, leather, and spice (cumin & mustard stand out). Restrained at first, eventually a mid-weight palate with moderate acidity and a polished silky mouthfeel develops. Very good today, probably best within the next decade or so.
