Wednesday, January 3, 2018 - Pop n pour. Dark red and black fruit. Blackberry. Punching way above its weight class. Delicious, rich, beefy. Should drink well for 5-10 years.
Open in the fridge for 3 days: Still wonderfully rich and juicy up front, then moving into minerals and spice, then finishing with a superb delicacy. 93 points.
