Monday, April 20, 2015 - Have had 3 bottles of this over the last couple of months. One of them was cooked and over the hill but the other two were good. For the good bottles, there was little at fault I could find. Even at 25, this is a powerful, tannic wine. Yet, there is also the unmistakable elegance and sweetness that come with maturity. Overall, this is in a good spot right now, where the power of youth and the mellowness of maturity are perfectly balanced. Very enjoyable experience.
