Saturday, December 18, 2021 - Red - a hint of brown. Transluscent. Spice on the nose - red fruit and a star anise note. Sweet red fruits. Lovely integrated oak. Light caramel. Nice acidity. Spice - star anise. Touch of clove. Very long. Still lightly chalky tannins.
