Friday, October 15, 2021 - Quite disgusting that this bottle (and it's companion) has been overlooked. However, it has more than survived it's ordeal. The colour is perhaps a little darker than optimum but the nose is still fresh and fruity and the flavour untarnished. So what can ever be thought wrong with a screw cap! An excellent Sémillon Chardonnay which complemented our simple fish dish perfectly.
