Saturday, December 23, 2017 - On the nose- Tropical fruits, stone fruit, pineapple, citrus, grapefruit, white flowers, crushed rock, salinity

On the palate- Tropical fruits, a bit of stone fruit and some nice fresh cut pineapple and citrus zest, grapefruit, with a nice bouquet of white flowers with a bit of crushed rock and some salinity on the finish, the finish has nice acid and is big, round and rich and yet crisp and clean and laser focused at the same time, this wine is drinking well now but I think could age 3-5 more years easy
