Monday, September 13, 2021 - Just starting to come into its own for me. Black olive flowing into some band aid and animale (in some instances with Syrah, these all manage to be related bouquets to me). Nice black fruit and olive on the palate. Relatively light and lovely stuff. Far better than my previous bottle, and probably would be even better with 2-3 more years on it for my palate.
