Wednesday, May 27, 2015 - Tasting 1996 Penfolds Grange (during private dinner) (Restaurante Cuenllas - Madrid): Pretty aromatic and feminine, very delicate, almost fragile considering its spicy and mineral notes. Some 'flor', yeast, too.
In the mouth it was not spectacular but retains the essence that must have a Jura wine. Really delicious yet it needs time to be integrated. People's Choice.

Aromático y femenino, muy delicado y casi frágil en sus notas especiadas y minerales. También algo de flor.
En la boca no fue espectacular pero conserva toda la esencia que debe tener un vino de Jura. Realmente delicioso aunque le falta tiempo para integrarse. La elección de la gente.
