Saturday, January 30, 2016 - Having steak so figured I'd try this again. Aromas of blackberry, cherry, espresso and herbs. Drinking for 45 minutes and didn't really open up like last week. Flavors of blackberry, cherry, plum and a touch of earth and iron. Website says this has some Beckstoffer fruit in it. This is certainly a great Napa can for the money.
