Sunday, February 22, 2015 - The colour of a medium-bodied rosé. (If this is a red wine, it's the lightest-coloured one I've ever seen. Not important, really, but I thought I'd mention in case (like me) you thought this was going to be a traditionally-hued RED wine.) On the nose, aromas of dried cherries, and something herbal. On the palate, light-bodied, distinctly dry, delicious. I'm a novice when it comes to Arbois, and this one really upset my expectations-cart. But the more I sip, the more I like it. Recommended. 11%. Cork.
