Sunday, June 24, 2012 - Wanted to give this bottle a 100 for just hanging in there. This was a split and unspoiled. Light garnet color. No flaws. No sediment. Lots of rim variation. Old world, earthy nose. No fruit aroma. No tannin. Low alcohol. Amazingly sweet taste, but only with first glass. Second glass lost the sweetness and tasted bland. Short finish. Just amazed it was still drinkable.
