Tuesday, January 26, 2016 - Day one: pop and pour, which was a mistake--should've decanted a few hours, at least. Oak and acid. Day two: a little more fruit coming through. Day three: fantastic wine! Overwhelming oak is gone with balanced dark fruits coming through. Will hold remainder for at least a couple years.
