Saturday, May 9, 2015 - In the process of materizing now, but there is still enough acidity to carry it. There is a rich oily-ness to the texture now that it didn't have as a younger wine. The nose shows hints of caramel and dried tropical fruit. Palette shows a bit of dried pineapple and tart lemon. A majestic wine from a majestic winemaker. RIP Didier.
