Saturday, January 14, 2017 - The Tarima Organic is fragrant from the start and is quite a deep, luscious red in the glass. In the beginning, it seems quite balanced with a medium to medium-full body. Then, with a little more air, the sweetness comes out, which for my personal taste is a little too much. Nevertheless, putting tastes aside, this is a competently made wine that others at the table enjoyed. It doesn't seem like a keeper and should probably be enjoyed now (for those who like this style of wine).
