Friday, March 25, 2011 - Med deep to deep ruby - nose was closed and a bit reductive at first, but after an hour opened up to blackberry, boysenberry fruit, subtle oak providing nuance - smooth palate, with dark fruits, a bit dark and heavy for my palate, but balanced and tasty, good ripe but present tannins, decent acidity, very nice wine.
