Sunday, February 12, 2012 - What a gorgeous wine. Decanted for 30-45 min. What a beautiful aroma of spice, vanilla, rose peddles and meaty characteristic that is just wonderful. The color is slightly fading but no bricking around the edges what so ever. The palate is smooth and composed. Everything is in perfect harmony. Finish is on the shorter side but very nice. This is truely one of the best Palomas I have had and it even gives most other merlots a run for the money. Drink now or over the next 3-4 years.
