Red and black fruits fight to domination. raspberry, cherry, blackberry and plum. The somewhat astringent tannin at the beginning eases into a smooth grained tannin supporting the fruit after a bit of air. A quite impressive fruit forward wine at this age but quite sure how it will end. Very enjoyable on a Sunday afternoon.
Just looking at my notes and apparently I drunk it too early, I was supposed to give it another 5 years.
