Saturday, January 16, 2016 - Nose: classic new world chardonnay with vanilla oak, coconut, and pineapples. Yogurt, butter, bamboo, and hint of honey. I smell a creampie in this, and a very North American Chardonnay. Taste: clean and smooth taste. Blueprint of new world Chardonnay with vanilla yogurt and coconut ice cream. A little bit of shortbread cookie, and just have a buttery profile. Some pineapple, pink grapefruit, and ripe banana. Nice white tea dry finish. Despite the rich dairy profile, it has a clean texture. This has a very approachable profile. Good acidity and some oak in the second half.
