Thursday, August 13, 2020 - Zoom tasting. Tasted double blind. This is pretty weird when opened - very salty and umami but also kind of stinky and funky. On day 2 the nose is strawberry, salty, savory and somewhat funky but nowhere near like last night. The palate is very acidic - crunchy and savory drenched in minerals a bit of berries. Crisp saline red finish.
