Dry, high acid, no phenolic bitterness, medium minus body. Moderate alcohol ~12.5% (actually 12%).

Despite lack of RS and relatively neutral fruit, the botrytis and oxidation is taking me to Vouvray Sec, in an extremely dry style.

Actually: 2013 Chablis (This is a poor example given the botrytis.)
