Monday, November 9, 2015 - First the cork broke in half. Then, the first sniff was terrible - damp and oxidized. However, after pouring a glass and letting it breathe for a while it turned out really nice. Toast, nougat, citrus and toffee on the nose. A bit of the fruit certainly gone but still quite complex with noticeable acidity. Some noticeable oak and heat makes this lose a few points in my book. Don't know so much about the history of this bottle, but if others are like this I would drink up.
