Thursday, August 18, 2022 - Shared with the wine group to celebrate a milestone b-day, opened alongside a 2000 Pontet Canet. This is still early in its window, loaded with bright, fresh red fruit and flowers on the palate. Lush and silky, tannins soft and integrated, lovely acidity, very elegant. Years and years to go, and likely still improving.
