Sunday, February 7, 2010 - Decanted one hour, enjoyed over one. Dark rich color. Beefy, that wonderful Rosella's citric acidity, black fruits. Plums a la plancha. Wonderful foil for the Mexican food, as the deep flavors of the wine accentuated the smokiness of the beef and the acidity drew out the richness of the beans.
