Sunday, February 28, 2016 - Decadent with a honey garlic short ribs. Excellent pairing. Dark colors, fruity nose. Softened tannins after decanting for an hour. A little acidic with a medium length finish. The body could have used a little bit more structure. Definitely enjoyed it and will leave the others to rest in the cellar for a while longer.
