Thursday, October 4, 2018 - Wow, this showed really well. Deep red and blue fruit. Lots of pine, cherry, cinnamon as well. Ripe, but well balanced - fruit and acidity all in check.
10/5/2018 3:04:00 PM - Interesting - I haven’t broached any of mine yet - some commentators here are scathing about what they see as green stalkiness in this wine - did you find any of this in your sample/bottle ? Thanks
10/6/2018 1:30:00 AM - Not on the two bottles we had. It was very popular on the table despite a few diehard Burgnicks being there. Since the wine does not cost an arm and a leg (like so many Burg Grand Crus), best to try a bottle yourself. Enjoy!
