Tuesday, October 31, 2023 - Opens still with plenty of fresh acid and a spritz on the tongue. Grass and lime on the nose and palate to start with, and then a second wave of flavour where it's starting to show honey notes. Beautifully balanced between primary fruit and tertiary development right now, for my taste anyway. Enjoyed it immensely but very sad that this was my last bottle.
