Saturday, July 8, 2017 - Almost a year since the last bottle and still good. Some sulphides on the nose when first opened but short-lived.
'Apple pie with spice' on the nose at first. After time in the glass, citrus (mainly lime) dominated on the nose and palate with lime acidity. Still very fresh and long.
Good with pan-fried cod and stir-fried Mediterranean vegetables. Later, as it warmed and opened, more tropical, fruits emerged together with orange and orange peel.
