Sunday, January 17, 2021 - Was medium gold color. If I had more, I'd drink sooner than later. A fuller Chardonnay but very balanced. Flashy aromas of hazelnut, citrus, tropical fruit. Medium to full body with good but not overwhelming acidity. Flavors of citrus, ginger, caramel, vanilla, hazelnut. Paired very well with lobster tails.
