Tuesday, June 30, 2015 - Garnet. Chocolate cherries on the nose. Paired with Lasagna with Italian sausage in the sauce. Seemless match. Drinking well now. Integrated, nice concentration of red fruit, excellent QPR, and the few years of age has allowed this to come together nicely. Will want to pick up a few more of these to drink over the next year.
