Dry, medium-medium(+) acidity, medium(-) tannin, medium-medium(+) alcohol (with no heat!), medium(+) body. Palate of black fruit, baked black prune, leather, cocoa pepper/spice. Elegant, balanced, complex and beautiful crunchy pleasant mouthfeel in lasting slightly sweet finish.
